At the moment, big budget movies are bombing the box office but Selvaraghavan is sure that his forthcoming film 'Irandam Ulagam' will surely be a profitable film.

"The total budget of the film is Rs 50 crore. We are making it simultaneously in Telugu too. If we put together the Tamil and Telugu business along with television rights, the film will fetch profits", says the director.

Starring Arya and Anushka Shetty in the lead roles, the film has music by Harris Jayaraj. The title of its Telugu version is 'Brindavanam Lo Nandakumarudu'.

Most parts of the movie were shot in Georgia. After its release, Selva will start his next venture, which is a bilingual too. It will have Rana Daggubati in the lead.
