Post the success of their chemistry in 'Kaminey', Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra became Bollywood's hottest property. They became the hottest couple of tinsel town, as apart from their onscreen chemistry, their off screen camaraderie too clicked. Amidst all this they signed Kunal Kohli's film 'Teri Meri Kahaani'. 

However, their relationship did not sustain the tides of time. Nonetheless, being thorough professionals they shot for the film and completed it without much fuss. 

There were reports that things were not well between the 'Kaminey' stars as their personal life crisis had affected their proffesional relationship too. 

However, Shahid recently revealed that it was never an issue. "Priyanka was the best person for the role. Kunal offered her the film and she was on board. During the making of the film we never really had any awkward moment either," he said.

Shahid also compared their past and present equation as co-stars, "During Kaminey, we had a lot of fun despite of the fact that we had just eight scenes together in that film. In this, it's just us. I am glad we did it," added Shahid.
