The 49-year-old singer famously dated cyclist Lance Armstrong between 2003 and 2006, and she spoke about raising her adopted boys; Wyatt Steven, four, and one-year-old Levi James as a single mom last month.

However, the star now has a new man in her life Blues/R&B musician Doyle - and spies at a recent New York event where the pair were performing say the relationship appears to be blossoming.

According to New York Post, onlookers at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center's Spring Ball were amazed by how cosy and flirty the pair were.

Sources claim the pair were good pals for a long time before embarking on a romance and Doyle has worked professionally with the star for nearly ten years.
