The Hollywood actor is currently promoting the latest part of the hugely popular science fiction franchise, which is called Transformers: Dark of the Moon.

The 25-year-old star, who recently revealed he won't be committing to any more Transformers movies, says the completion of the third picture is like finishing his education.

"It feels like graduation day, you know?" he told MTV. "I never went to college. I spent all of my college years on the set. This is my graduation. I wish I could have worn one of those funny hats, dude."

Shia, who plays lead human character Sam Witwicky in the film, has joked about the situation. When asked what he'd wear underneath his graduation gown, the actor gave a humorous response.

"Nothing. A unitard. A leopard unitard and a graduation hat," he laughed.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who makes her acting debut and replaced former leading lady Megan Fox in the film, has revealed her excitement at attending worldwide premieres for the movie. The Victoria's Secret model plays Shia's love interest Carly Spencer, and has revealed the experience of working alongside some of Hollywood's finest was "humbling".

"It's blowing my mind to be here right now," she gushed. "I'll never, ever forget the last couple of weeks. It's been a dream come true. You see all of your hard work paying off. Look at all of these amazing people that [came out to] support this movie. It's really humbling."

Meanwhile, the British beauty has joked she's love to marry Britain's Prince Harry.

The 24-year-old star insists she is infatuated with the royal and is waiting for him to pop the question.

"I'm waiting for my proposal. I keep writing. I think he knows how obsessed I am. Well, he does now. He's so handsome," she laughed on TV show Live! With Regis and Kelly. (C) Cover Media
