(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Shia LaBeouf's friends reportedly want him to take anger management classes.
The actor was allegedly involved in three fights in Vancouver, Canada, over the weekend. Video footage of one of the brawls has been posted on the internet, with Shia seen sporting bruises and swelling on his face afterwards.
The 25-year-old has been caught up in fights in the past and it's been claimed those close to him are urging him to seek professional help.
"Friends of Shia LaBeouf are hoping to persuade the Transformers star to begin some anger management counselling in the wake of the actor's most recent public display of rage," reports Chicago-Sun Times.
During the main incident over the weekend, Shia was punched to the floor outside the Cinema Public House. It's been alleged he began arguing with a man inside the bar, with the unknown individual making derogatory remarks about the star.
The two then went outside, which is where they began fighting.
"Unfortunately, [Shia] let the guy get under his thin skin and he followed him out into the street, where the man knocked him down before Shia's friends broke things up and helped cool it down," a source told the publication.
The insider claims alcohol was one of the reasons behind Shia's behaviour. It's been alleged he can "lose it" quickly when he has been out for the night and find things more annoying than he usually would.
Shia is in Vancouver shooting movie The Company You Keep, which also stars Robert Redford. (C) Cover Media
