Though Sonakshi Sinha marked her debut opposite Salman Khan in the film 'Dabangg', post the success of it, she signed not one but two films with his contemporary Akshay Kumar. She first signed Shirish Kunder's next directorial film 'Joker', where she was paired opposite Akshay for the first time in her career. Their on-screen chemistry made ripples in the industry circles which landed them together in another film - 'Rowdy Rathore'.
Now, the actress will be seen opposite Akshay Kumar yet again in 'Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai 2', replacing Kareena Kapoor. After Kareena walked out of the film citing date issues, Sonakshi was approached to step in her shoes. Sonakshi who had a packed schedule too, has managed to make time as the shooting of her film 'Lootera' is stalled citing the injury of her co-star Ranveer Singh.
