Sonakshi Sinha got a dream debut in the film "Dabangg"  where she starred opposite Salman Khan. The film registered as one of the biggest grosser of all time and paved way for Sonakshi’s dream run in Bollywood.

It was Salman’s heavy promotions that earned Sonakshi a golden place in the Hindi film industry. However as they say that the industry is fierce where even closest friends are each others competitors and we must say that Salman and Sonakshi are no different.

The news is that Sonakshi Sinha and Salman Khan may clash at box office with their respective films. It is learnt that the makers of Sonakshi Sinha and Ranveer Singh starrer "Lootera" have decided to release the film on the eve of Eid this year. But the matter is Salman Khan has already announced his arrival with Yash Chopra's "Ek Tha Tiger" that is slated to release on 2012 Eid.

It would be interesting to see how Sonakshi walks through this tough time of competing with her mentor and Bollywood's top actor Salman.
