'Veere Di Wedding' actress Swara Bhaskar who was trolled for her masturbation scene in the film, gave a befitting reply to all her trollers already. Even her co-star Sonam Kapoor took stand for her and supported Swara by tweeting, "I think people just like to troll her because she has an opinion and a point of view and I guess that shows how much they love her because the other side of hate is always love, so Swara you have a lot of lovers!." 

But when Swara was caught red-handed for her hypocrisy coming to a blast from the past as she praised Pakistan earlier and after VDW was banned out there she busted at Pakistan. This was the major reason for her trolls now and Sonam clarified with another tweet saying, "My defence of her has nothing  to do with her comments on Pakistan! Get your fact right and stop trying to spread mischief and hate!"

Pakistan is the country that Swara once referred in 2015, as the "Best country she has ever visited" and it has only gotten better in the last few years in every aspect. Swara went on praising Lahore saying that nothing can beat Lahore when it comes to Mehmaan nawazi.

Things changed in 2018 as her film Veerey Di Wedding was banned in Pakistan for vulgarity. To which Swara went on saying, "They're (Pakistan) a non-secular state. I'm not surprised at all. Why should we hold up Pakistan, which is a failing state - I don't understand why we keep taking pleasure and feeling a sense of self-worth from all the silly things that happen in Pakistan."
