In recent times, it has been observed that the cold war between Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan is experiencing a change. 

The two have been exchanging pleasantries at social dos and have been urging fans on social networking sites to not take a dig at any one of them because it's disrespectful in their eyes. And now the two are returning compliments to each other on mass media. 

It all started with Salman Khan complementing Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming film 'Happy New Year's first theatrical on social media. He tweeted saying that he loved the trailer.

Similar was the reaction by Amitabh Bachchan, who exclaimed that he was looking forward to see the film. 

Shah Rukh who recently hosted a promotional event for the film thanked everyone for their good words. 

"It is really great of Salman Khan and Amitabh Bachchan who liked our trailer and they were very vocal about it. When colleagues and your friends appreciate your work, I consider that as a huge compliment," said SRK. 

When asked how their current relationship status is; he added that equations change but the feelings always remain mutually good. 

"Salman has always been a good friend. Sometimes situation change, equations go to another level but things never change. We all have a big heart and we all like to appreciate each other," he added as a matter of fact. 

Now that the two are inching close via the medium of films, we hope this positive change in their equation is here to stay.
