Suchitra Krishnamurthy made a candid confession in her latest book 'Drama Queen'. The singer-actress shared that she had proposed
Ram Gopal Varma for marriage.
Suchitra who has done two films, '
My Wife's Murder' and '
Rann' with the filmmaker, said that she had texted him to ask if he will marry her.
After waiting for several hours for a reply, Suchitra was called for a meeting at RGV's office. Ramu who is known for his ultra frank attitude, clearly said to her that he doesn't believe in the institution of marriage.
He said that he uses a woman's body only for sex and not their brains. He said, 'In my opinion women should only be seen not heard'.
Suchitra asked for Ramu's permission for quoting him in her book, which he agreed to.
