Bollywood actress Tabu who prefers to keep a low profile on the personal front, is currently meticulously making headlines with every move.

The actress, who is awaiting the release of her Hollywood film 'Life of Pi' under the direction of Ang Lee, is religiously promoting her film these days. And it was at one such promotional event where she cleared the air over her personal life.

Her prolonged absence from social circuits gave birth to reports which stated that the actress has moved base to Hyderabad from Mumbai.

Though she didn't deny that she had toyed with the idea of staying at her birth place a couple of years back, she couldn't adjust to the atmosphere there.

"I had bought myself a large piece of land and built myself a spacious house in Hyderabad. Initially, I stayed there for just 15 days before getting thoroughly bored. I was there two years ago to attend a relative's wedding. I'm very fond of my birthplace but as of now, the bungalow is given out on rent to a friend and I am very much in Mumbai," said Tabu.
