Vishal Bhardwaj's 'Talvar' picks up with the word of mouth publicity. Based on the double murder case in Delhi opened in theatres on October 2, 2015.

The film is in its second week and has made Rs. 22.55 crore at the box office. Noticing the growth in the number of footfalls more screens were allotted to the movie.

Priti Shahani confirmed the news and said, "We are overwhelmed by the response that 'Talvar' has garnered in it's first week and are really excited for the days to come as the word of mouth around 'Talvar' is going really strong.

In fact, we have increased the number of shows across every theater chain. People have loved the film and we are confident of the film having a long run."

‘Talvar’ had a stellar cast of Irrfan Khan, Konkona Sen Sharma, Neeraj Kabi.
