Taylor Armstrong is reportedly dating her attorney.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star lost her estranged husband Russell Armstrong last August when he committed suicide.

But RadarOnline reports that the single mother to daughter Kennedy has become close with her lawyer John Bluher, 54, who is helping her handle a lawsuit she is currently embroiled in.

"John travelled with Taylor while she was doing her book tour and the two of them hit it off, in more ways than one," a source told the site.

"She's been seeing him for almost two months and has confided in a handful of friends about the affair.

John is apparently still legally married although sources say that he is estranged from his wife.

"It's a bit of a complicated situation," the insider said. "John is still technically married, even though he no longer lives with his wife in Colorado and spends the majority of his time with Taylor in Southern California now."

"There's a strong connection between the two, but Taylor doesn't want to be known as the other woman, period. She needs to be a role model for her daughter Kennedy."

John was photographed with his arm around Taylor's waist as they left Craig's restaurant in West Hollywood last month.
