(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Taylor Armstrong is set to give her first television interview since the death of her estranged husband Russell.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has not spoken out since Russell committed suicide last month leaving her to raise their five-year-old daughter Kennedy.
RadarOnline are reporting that Taylor will speak to Entertainment Tonight after negotiations with legendary broadcaster Barbara Walters fell through.
"Taylor had a list of demands that Walters just wasn't willing to go along with," an insider told the site.
"Taylor didn't want to be grilled about her participation on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills possibly contributing to Russell's suicide.
"She didn't want to be put on the hot seat regarding her spending habits. In the end, Entertainment Tonight was able to come to an agreement with Taylor that she was extremely comfortable with."
The entertainment show has also put out images of a battered and bruised Taylor laying in a hospital bed.
The disturbing images show the socialite with a black eye and swollen jaw.
Taylor had previously admitted that she had documented the injuries she allegedly suffered at the hands of her late husband.
It was reported last month that she had to be rushed to hospital in June to have reconstructive surgery done on her face after an alleged violent fight with Russell.
Taylor's interview with Entertainment Tonight will apparently air next week. (C) Cover Media
