(Cover) - EN Star Style - Taylor Momsen's fashion icon is Edie Sedgwick.

The 18-year-old American actress-and-musician is well known for her portrayal of Jenny Humphrey on hit US teen drama series Gossip Girl, and is also the frontwoman of rock band The Pretty Reckless.

Taylor, who has been criticised in the past for her provocative attire, looks to Edie for style inspiration. The pretty star says she admires the late actress' glam wardrobe choices and colourful personality.

"I am really obsessed with the 60s, so I would say Edie Sedgwick, she is a fashion icon and a really interesting personality," she revealed in the upcoming documentary It Girls.

Taylor is constantly inspired by the 60s era and everything it encompasses. The petite star also loves the fact that Edie was a muse of artist and filmmaker Andy Warhol's.

"Andy Warhol had been fascinated by her and I love Andy Warhol. She's someone I definitely love and my song Factory Girl was really influenced by the 60s and Andy Warhol's Factory, Edie Sedgwick and all this era," she gushed.

"She had such a unique style and was very fashion forward on her time. When I see her outfits I still think they're awesome." (C) Cover Media
