Till last it was Devi Sri Prasad, M.M. Keeravani or Manisharma, who have been ruling the Tollywood with their spellbinding music. But this year has got a new personality in the music industry and he is none other than music director Thaman. Once an associate of A.R. Rahman, he made his debut as an actor in Shankar's 'Boys' and later shifted his focus into music. He made his debut in Tollywood as a music director with the film 'Kick' starring Ravi Teja, Ileana and Thamman in lead roles. Off the late, he was shot to absolute fame with Junior NTR's 'Brindavanam' and followed by Nagarjuna's 'Ragada' Ravi Teja's 'Mirapakay'. The music director is busy now composing tunes for Mahesh Babu's 'Dookudu'. Says Thamman: 'I am really grateful to Telugu producers, filmmakers and actors for being so kind enough to support and give me chance to work with him.'
