Yes, the movie-makers have decided to dub the first superhero flick 'Mugamoodi' in Telugu titled as 'Mask'.

Jiiva's damsel in distress will be played by Pooja Hegde. The movie is directed by Mysskin and the dubbing rights have been purchased by R. B. Chowdhary. The movie is touted to release by the end of August, 2012.
