(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Uma Thurmans daughter hates her appearing alongside young actors in movies.

The 40-year-old actress has two children with her ex-husband Ethan Hawke, daughter Maya and son Levon. The kids are starting to get interested in their mothers career, leading to some awkward discussions at home.

In Ceremony, Uma plays a character who has a fling with a younger man. It comes following her appearance in Bel Ami alongside Robert Pattinson, 24, and Maya is having a hard time with her mothers big screen love matches.

My [12-year-old] daughter said, 'Mommy, why are you being cast with all these young men?' I said, 'Well, I'm not doing it in life,'" she laughed. "Anyway, I don't know. I think it's cool.

Uma has no problem cosying up to young hunks for movies. In Ceremony, her character Zoe is engaged but embarks on a torrid affair with Sam, portrayed by 23-year-old Michael Angarano. She enjoyed the role, but is keen to point out shes just as happy starring alongside older actors.
