(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Usher has been forced to cancel concerts on his European tour due to illness.

The 32-year-old has postponed shows in Germany, Holland and Belgium due to a respiratory illness. The star had been forced to walk off stage, only two songs into his set, in Berlin on Wednesday evening after feeling poorly.

Usher is suffering from upper respiratory illness which is currently preventing him from performing a proper show. After consultation with doctors, he has been advised to reschedule the upcoming dates in order to get the rest he needs to ensure a complete recovery, his representative confirmed.

The singer did manage to apologise to his fans, resolving to eventually return fitter than ever. He reassured his faithful following that the shows are only postponed and he will be back once fully recovered.

I am truly sorry to all my fans in Berlin who were inconvenienced by tonights postponement of the show I was ill and felt that I would not have been able to give the show that you all properly deserve Ive been very excited about my Europe Tour & deeply regret having to reschedule shows.
