Last Friday saw chaos within the premises of Bidar Fort, as thousands of fans gathered to catch a glimpse of Balaji's Dirty Picture lead stars, Vidya Balan and Emraan Hashmi.

The crowds climbed atop the 30-feet-high walls of the Diwan-e-Khas inside the fort, to get a glimpse of the action taking place inside the royal enclosure. Security was upped as the police and the staff of the Archaeological Survey of India had a tough time controlling the crowd.

Says a source "A major portion of a song is being filmed in the Bidar Fort with the beautiful Diwan-e-Khas and Diwan-e-Aam in the background. The crowds cheered on as Emraan Hashmi arrived. People had to wait for hours to see Vidya Balan. She arrived later in the afternoon, by then local security had to be upped since the number of people visiting doubled by the hour"

The Dirty Picture, directed by Milan Luthria, archives the journey of the erstwhile sensation, Silk Smitha, played by Vidya Balan, her rise to stardom and her subsequent fall after failed attempts to turn producer and the personal problems and alcohol addiction that followed.

Also starring Nasseruddin Shah and Tusshar Kapoor, Balaji’s The Dirty Picture comes to a theatre near you on 2nd December, 2011.
