January 15, 2011 (Sampurn Wire): Vijay TV, a channel of Star Network has been striding with perfect success graph over the years with commendable TRPs. In the recent times, the satellite channel has been airing recent releases and it has a line-up of big tickets for this festive occasion of Pongal.

Today (January 15), Arya-Shriya Charan- Preethika starrer Chikku Bukku will be telecast at 3 p.m. The film is a breezy romantic travelogue that had its theatrical release on December3. Directed by debutant Manikandan, the film features Arya in dual roles and is set in backdrops of two different time periods 1985 and 2010.

On the next day, (January 16) actor Aadhis thriller drama Ayyanar will be aired. The film was released before 25 days and did moderate business in box office. Meera Nandan of Vaalmiki fame plays the female lead role while Vishnu Priyan takes on important character.

Supernatural thriller Eeram starring Aadhi, Nanda and Sindhu Menon is scheduled for Sunday. The film was a super hit movie produced by director Shankar of S Pictures.

Apart from the movies, Vijay TV will air more programmes pertaining to the recent releases like Aadukalam and Siruthai.
