Vikram's popularity in Andhra Pradesh doesn't need any elaboration or explanation. Thanks to it, his forthcoming film ‘Rajapattai’ will be released in Telugu too. 'The dubbing work has already been completed' say sources.

The Tollywood version has been titled ‘Veedinthe’ (meaning 'he is like that'). Among other factors that would attract the Telugu audience, the film has Deeksha Seth and ace director K Vishwanath in pivotal characters. Also, there is a special song which has Reemma Sen and Shriya Saran dancing along with Vikram.

Meanwhile, 'Thaandavam', a bilingual film which has Vikram in the lead and directed by Vijay of 'Nanna' fame, hit the floors in Chennai on Wednesday. To strike a chord with the Telugu audience, the film has Tollywood actor Jagapathi Babu playing an important role.
