(Cover) - EN Star Style - Vincent Gallo is the new face of G-Star's fall men's campaign.
The actor-and-director will be joining British actress Gemma Arterton, who is returning as the female ambassador of the brand after a successful stint in the label's previous adverts.
It was Vincent's diverse creative talent that landed him the modelling contract with the denim company.
The 50-year-old is best known for writing, directing and starring in indie films Buffalo 66 and The Brown Bunny, but is also involved in music and art.
"Vincent is unorthodox, authentic, imperfect and raw all characteristics matching G-Star's DNA. We are happy to have an independent trailblazer and cultural artist like Vincent as our new face," the label's global brand director said.
Vincent's new co-star Gemma, who previously modelled the label's Spring/Summer 11 collection, clearly enjoys her role as the female face of G-Star.
The Tamara Drewe actress said she enjoyed working with a brand that is so involved in the music and art scene.
"I'm really proud because I think it represents a lot of things that I love, it's all about confidence and individuality, it really is doing its own thing," she told website Dazed Digital. (C) Cover Media
