(Cover) - EN Star Style - Whitney Port says wedges are a "comfortable alternative" to heels.

The reality-star-turned-fashion-designer shot to fame when she appeared on The Hills and spin-off series The City. She now has her own fashion collection Whitney Eve and has revealed her top tips to looking gorgeous in the upcoming months.

"I love feminine socks with heels and a little dress. Or wedges. They're a comfortable alternative to heels in the summer," she explained in an interview with Company magazine.

The 26-year-old star is a fan of brightly hued attire. Whitney, who is famed for her mix of edgy and girlie fashion, says that budding fashionistas shouldn't shy away from mixing different prints and bold colours.

"I love coloured jeans. My top style tips for summer are pastel jeans, mixing prints and colour blocking," she added. (C) Cover Media
