(Cover) - EN Star Style - Rachel Stevens says her post-baby regime has left her with a "good punch".

The 32-year-old former S Club 7 singer gave birth to a baby girl called Amelie in November last year, her first child with husband Alex Bourne.

Rachel says she works out three times a week and partakes in boxing sessions to maintain her gorgeous curves.

The stunning star has revealed that since the birth, her post-baby work-out routine has left her with some worthwhile fighting techniques.

"I've got a good punch now!" she confessed to Closer magazine.

The brunette beauty says that motherhood has left her so busy, she barely has time to cook herself meals. Rachel joked that having her daughter is the best diet around.

"You don't get time to eat when you have a baby, it's an amazing diet!" she laughed. (C) Cover Media
