(Cover) - EN Movies - Will Ferrell has landed a comedy reunion with Mark Wahlberg.
The pair, who worked together on The Other Guys, will star opposite each other in Warner Bro's upcoming comedy Turkey Bowl.
Will and Mark will play two men from American football-obsessed towns who lead rival teams in an annual Thanksgiving tackle football game.
According to Deadline, there will be a number of cameo appearances in the film, in the style of Will's popular 2004 comedy Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy.
Alec Baldwin is already on board to play the father of Mark's character.
The script will be written by Robert Carlock, and Scott Silveri, with the original story by Owen Burke of Gary Sanchez Productions.
Adam McKay and Will's Gary Sanchez Productions will produce the upcoming comedy alongside Mark's Closest to the Hole label.
No director has yet been appointed to helm the film's script and it is not known when the project is scheduled to go into production.
Will can currently be seen in the indie drama Everything Must Go, while Mark's next big screen outing is in the thriller Contraband. (C) Cover Media
