(Cover) - EN Showbiz - will.i.am has revealed Britney Spears came alive when she was in the recording studio with him.

The music superstars have teamed up for the track Big Fat Bass, which appears on Britneys new album Femme Fatale. The pair had a blast working together and the Black Eyed Peas star was impressed by Britneys enthusiasm. will.i.am claims the 29-year-old was so excited to be in the studio she couldnt stop laughing and he loved her positive vibe.

"[I discovered] her love for music. I never seen anyone, like, come alive, full of excitement and giggling and laughing behind the mic," he told MTV News. "She was like a little kid when she was recording the song and it just brought the whole atmosphere, it changes the whole atmosphere when someone really loves music. So it was great working with her."

The producer-and-singer is thrilled with the end result for Big Fat Bass and is confident fans will love it too. will.i.am has laughed off suggestions he advised Britney on her vocals, insisting she didnt need any help because she has been releasing hit records for many years.

"When someone's excited to go out and just do it, what advice? You don't need no advice. She's just turned on right now. She is [like], 'I like this part right here.' When I say [on the song], 'You all better get ready for the kick drum,' she was already anticipating what she was going to do onstage when that beat broke down," he added. "Adding that type of perspective... when we we're recording it, you don't need to give nobody [like Britney] advice." (C) Cover Media
