Being one of the best banner's in the Bollywood film industry, Yash Raj Films surely has a high call on cinema. But apparently, having control over everyone, is creating a stir amongst the other banners.
Well, it is heard that Ajay Devgn Ffilms has filed a complaint against YRF through their lawyers, for using their dominant position in the Bollywood film market.
The complaint was filed on 18th October, but it was issued only yesterday 31st October. Due to the demise of Yash Chopra, they didn't want to make a scene regarding this topic until the funeral ceremony was over.
Ajay Devgn and his banner were forced to take legal action against YRF due to their monopolistic practices which was causing other banners to stand beneath when it came to their films.
Even when 'Ek Tha Tiger' had to release, YRF said that they would give the movie only if the exhibitors agreed to give their October release prominence over others.
Though the actor was not available for any comments, a copy of the notice is already made and they have also clearly stated that 'Son of Sardaar' will definitely release on 13th November for Diwali.
