Everyone is anticipating Rani Mukerji's come back film 'Hichki' but what is more interesting is that the lead character of the film Naina Mathur played by Rani herself is a victim of a speech defect disorder named 'Tourette Syndrome', a neurological defect that makes speaking difficult by suddenly generating weird noises from the mouth that sound like hiccups.

So from here came the title of the film. It also has a tagline 'What is life without a few hiccups' Moreover, director Siddharth P Malhotra gives a detailed insight of 'Tourette Syndrome' as what this disorder exactly is and this is an incurable disease staying with the diagnosed one for lifelong. The makers of the film also elaborate the vision that how everyone's hurdle termed as Hichki can be surpassed with focus and dedication.

In the film, Rani Mukerji as Naina Mathur is the wall for the economically backward students from the slums and how these spoiled brats are brought back on track. As seen in the trailer and recent music videos as well, the 39-year-old brilliantly manages those mannerless students who even rag her at some stage, but with a smile on her face the sweet teacher never gives up. That's the spirit of teaching and it is paid off when the students are involved in the method of fun learning.
