On Monday evening, Salman Khan took a dig on his fans by a cryptic tweet that talks about the trailer of his next Eid release 'Race 3' might not be launched on May 15. "Kal ka Mujhe Thoda doubtful lag Raha hai," Salman tweeted, refusing to give away any more details. But the makers confirmed and ensured their fans for a larger-than-life experience by making it official to release the film in 3D along with the usual 2D prints.
The reports also suggested that even the trailer of the film will be screened in 3D in Mumbai. Trade Analyst confirmed the news with a tweet that read, ''#BreakingNews: Salman Khan, Ramesh Taurani and Remo D’souza are ensuring a larger-than-life experience this time... #Race3 in 3D...Yes, the film will be released in 3D as well as 2D this Eid... In fact, the trailer of the film will be screened in 3D tomorrow in Mumbai.''
The entire Race 3 cast was present at the trailer launch event and the film's much-awaited trailer was launched in 3d. Earlier reports also suggested that the film's release date might get postponed but Salman Khan made things clear with his statement, "We were not ready with the #Race3Trailer. Is liye itne posters banaye. But Intezar ka fal meetha hota hai. The #Race3 trailer coming to you on 15 May. And I promise you the wait will be worth it.''
Helmed by Remo D'Souza and produced by Ramesh S Taurani and Salma Khan, the film is slated to hit the screens on 15 June.
