Subhash Ghai's expertise is pulling a lot of entertainment industry giants to India. Latest one is YouTube community which has announced an official collaboration with his filmmaking school, Whistling Woods International.

YouTube Space Mumbai will allow the creative mavericks to create and upload their content on the platform.

Scheduled to open in last quarter of 2015, along with independent creator it will allow students of WWI to learn and showcase their creativity to the world.

Head of YouTube Spaces Asia Pacific, David Macdonald said, "By working with Whistling Woods International, we hope to empower India’s next generation of digital creators and WWI students to learn, connect, and create new content, by giving them access to fantastic studios, and cutting edge audio, visual and editing equipment."

"The new YouTube Space Mumbai at Whistling Woods International is our latest effort to support the incredible wave of creativity we have seen develop in the Indian YouTube creator community over the last few years."

President of WWI and Ghai's daughter Meghna Ghai Puri said, "We recognise that the future of entertainment is online, and all our degree and diploma programmes now include Content Creation, Audience Development and Monetisation for YouTube as part of the curriculum."

Making it official she tweeted, "And finally we officially announce our big collaboration of #2015 @YTCreatorsIndia @googleindia @Whistling_Woods"
