Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt, who will be next seen in the film 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' are busy promoting the film in different cities. Recently they were in the Pink city of Jaipur and apart from promotions they also met a widow of a soldier Dharma Ram who lost his life while fighting with the terrorists in Barmer.

A leading daily quoted, "Actually, when filmmaker Karan Johar heard that Varun and Alia were interacting with Dharma's widow, Teenu Devi, and some other relatives of the soldier, who was awarded the Shaurya Chakra, he sent a message to one of the senior members of his team, asking them to hand over a cheque to Varun and Alia to give Teenu Devi on his company's behalf."

Both the actors being very emotional in person were touched with the heartfelt story of the soldier.
