A Venkatesh, who is known to create masala entertainers like Bhagavathy, Chocolate, Kuthu, Dum and Malai Malai, is trying his hands on a soft romantic entertainer for the first time.

Titled Enakku Vaaitha Nanbargal Ippadi, the film will have Tejas, son of veteran Malayalam actor Alex, in the lead role. The lead actress Uthra too is a debutant. It will be produced by Madhu on Mount Movie Makers banner.

'I want to try my hands at something different from the usual commercial stuff. Hence I decided to direct Enakku Vaaitha Nanbargal Ippadi. It is about a bunch of youngsters. How life changes after one of them falls in love is the story,' says Venkatesh.

Popular writer Pattukottai Prabhakar is penning the script. Thambi Ramaiah, Mayilsamy and Singam Puli are playing crucial roles. The shooting is expected to start very soon.
