After campaigning and promoting for public interest issues like polio-drops and Gujarat Tourism, Amitabh Bachchan is all set to be a part of yet another government's promotional campaign.

Maharashtra Government is apparently keen on making Big B the brand ambassador for Maharashtra's fruits. State horticulture minister Jitendra Awhad recently confessed that he has discussed the idea of Big B being the brand for state's horticulture.

The ministry has planned this initiative to encourage the farmers, promote their product and ensure quality for consumers.

Big B's recent tweet too suggests that he is already game for the proposal. "A meet with the Minister to promote horticulture in Maharashtra ...best mangoes, pomegranate, cheeku, grapes, onion, tomatoes etc," tweeted Big B. 

Now isn't that an innovative campaign to be associated with?!
