The elder daughter of Rajinikanth and the wife of Dhanush, Aishwarya Dhanush is on cloud nine ever since she was conferred with the Pride of Tamil Nadu Award by the New York Tamil Sangham.

A gala event held at the Queens Museum of Art in New York praised the young director and presented her with the award and Aishwarya was all smiles when receiving it.

Aishwarya has been polishing her direction skills for more than three years while working with her borther-in-law Selvaraghavan as an associate.

Meanwhile, it is said that she has completed work on her next film which will hit the screens soon.
