Rohit Shetty has worked with Ajay Devgn for films like 'Golmaal', 'Singham', 'Singham Returns' and a few more. There were rumours that their relationship went for a toss when Rohit worked with Shah Rukh Khan for 'Chennai Express.' Now everything seems to be alright as the duo will reunite for the fourth installment of the comedy series 'Golmaal 4.'

According to a source, "No one knows if there really was a problem between the two, but things seemed to have cooled down between the two buddies.When reports of their rift kept on growing neither uttered a word against the other. Rohit was to make Ram Lakhan after Dilwale, but that has not taken off and now, Rohit will begin work on Golmaal 4 and it will go on floors soon."

The source adds, "Despite their differences, both are very fond of each other and Rohit messaged Ajay to meet and discuss things. On Thursday night, Ajay called the director to his Juhu bungalow. They met and spoke for over three hours. Ajay told him how hurt and upset by some things he’d heard. Even Rohit got equally emotional. It was an emotional reunion where both cleared their differences and then discussed Golmaal 4, which should roll by the end of the year once scripting is complete. Rohit never forgets the fact that Ajay had given him his directorial break in Zameen."
