Yash Chopra's comeback directorial venture starring Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif may have to face fierce competition from Ajay Devgn's 'Son of Sardar' as both these films are set to release on the eve of Diwali.

The Yash Raj camp too had decided to release the film on the eve of Diwali as it was not only a feasible duration to release the mega production, but also it is the lucky time for SRK's biggest hits till date. 

Ajay, who is aware of YRF's plans to release SRK-Katrina's film exclaimed that there is always scope for two big films to excel at box office. "I don't know about YRF's plans for their films but SOS is a comic love story with lots of action, a perfect festival film," said Ajay. He added that he considers Diwali to be a lucky spot for the release of his films. "Diwali has been lucky for me with films like Golmaal Returns, All The Best and Golmaal 3 doing great business," added Ajay.

With Ajay already announcing his arrival on D-Day it remains to be seen if YRF shifts its release date for their anticipated film. If not, it will be interesting to witness this clash of titans at the Box Office.
