(Cover) - EN Movies - Al Pacino will star in upcoming movie Gotti: Three Generations.

The film will follow the relationship between John Gotti Sr., the head of the Gambino crime family who died in prison in 2002, and his son John Gotti Jr., who took over the family business for his father. John Travolta has been confirmed as the mafia don, with Lindsay Lohan and Joe Pesci also appearing in the movie.

Veteran star Pacino is the latest star to be added to the roster, it was announced in Cannes today. He will portray an associate of Gotti called Neil Dellacroce.

Al Pacino is one of the finest actors of all time, and will bring an unsurpassed level of reality and excitement to the film, executive producer Marc Fiore said.

We are very pleased to have Al join the extraordinary team that we are assembling to make this movie."

Lohan has been cast as Kim Gotti, Johns daughter-in-law, while Travoltas real-life wife Kelly Preston is reportedly set to star as his on-screen spouse Victoria.

Lohan has known the Gotti family since she was a young girl and has been linked to a range of roles within the movie, so is thrilled to have finally locked down her part.
