(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Alyssa Milano has revealed she is expecting a baby boy.

The American actress announced her big news on her website last night after keeping fans guessing on her Twitter page for the majority of the day.

The 38-year-old admitted she was terrible at keeping secrets and wanted to announce the gender before she accidently let the news slip.

"As fun as it was reading all of your gender predictions on Twitter, Im really bad at keeping secrets and had to share (not to mention, I was bound to unintentionally slip at some point)," she wrote on her website. "David and I are elated to announce that we are having a baby boy. We cant wait to meet him. Boys names, anyone?"

The stunning star and CAA agent husband David Bugliari wed in August 2009, after announcing their engagement in December 2008. The couple confirmed last month that they are expecting their first child together.

The actress, who is best known for her eight-year stint as Phoebe Halliwell on supernatural series Charmed, is reportedly due to give birth in the early fall. (C) Cover Media
