The 'Vivah' actress, Amrita Rao turns a year older to 34 today. Film actress and model, Amrita appeared in many Bollywood films.

She made her film debut in 'Ab Ke Baras' 2002 and rose to prominence as the lead actress with the film, 'Ishq Vishk' for which she was nominated for the Filmfare Best Female Debut Award for her role.

Her role in the film, Vivah was the most critically acclaimed one. Her subsequent films included 'Masti', 'Vaah!Life Ho To Aisi', 'Jolly  LLB', 'Singh Sahab The Great' and many more.

Amrita has also been named one of Times of India's 50 most desirable women of 2011.
