Anil Kapoor has grown as an international star and has evolved as a global actor in recent times. From doing international television series to key roles in mega films, he has been there done that. He has graced quite a few award functions as well.

However, he hasn't debuted on the red carpet of Cannes film festival where his daughter Sonam has already made waves. 

Sonam, as the brand ambassador of a cosmetic brand walked the red carpet last year with pride and this has given Anil Kapoor every reason to be proud of her national and international achievements. "If I have a film, I'd love to go to Cannes too. But I'm glad that Sonam has made it there so early in her career, I'm so proud of her. I think if I go there, I might be referred to as her dad, than the actor," quips Anil. 

Talking about doing international films ad he exclaimed that he has kept his options open. "There are some offers I am considering for sure, but I haven't signed anything yet apart from 'Cities'," added Anil.
