Actor Arjun Kapoor has received a notice to demolish his terrace gym as soon as possible considering it as an illegal construction. According to some of the BMC officials Arjun has constructed a 30ft by 16ft room on the terrace of his apartment and that too without permission.
Arjun lives on the 7th floor of the Raheja Orchid in Juhu and a local activist who is not among the resident members have filed a complaint against the actor while the resident does not have any problem.
A similar notice have been issued earlier to the actor but he did not bothered much about it. One of the officials was quoted saying as, "We have given them enough time to produce supporting documents to prove that the structure is legal but they failed. Now we have issued the final order asking Arjun Kapoor to allow us to enter his premises to demolish the unauthorized structure on the terrace."
