(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Armie Hammer and his wife Elizabeth Chambers are opening a bakery.

The pair, who married last year, are preparing to throw a launch party for their delectable establishment Bird Bakery. The event that will take place at the pastry shop in San Antonio, Texas on November 28 will be a joyous occasion for Armie and Elizabeth.

The 25-year-old J. Edgar actor and his wife Elizabeth enjoy getting their hands soiled with dough.

"It's nice to have something you can put your hands on and create," Elizabeth told E! Online. "San Antonio was the perfect place [to open up shop]. I was born there. Everyone knows us and the people are so sweet."

Elizabeth will create a range of desserts based on family recipes. Armie has been sampling the goodies often.

"[Armie's working hard as the] taster," Elizabeth laughed. "[Armie] said last night, 'If I have to eat one more cupcake for breakfast'"

Armie has spoken previously about his great respect for his wife's palette. The actor thinks Elizabeth is an excellent cook.

"[Elizabeth's] the cook, she's the baker. The kitchen is her domain and I know better than to mess with it," Armie quipped to Us Weekly in October.

"She makes these things called monster cookies, which are incredible. She made me a torte the other night. She can cook anything!"
