Asylum By Disturbed Predicted Top

September 3, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): The latest from Disturbed is called "Asylum", and the music pundits and the music industry insiders, have already predicted that this album is going to sell between 145,000 and 160,000 units in the United States Of America, in its first week of release.

The album is also likely to debut at rank one at next week's The Billboard 200 chart. This info has been revealed as per the music industry web site called Hits Daily Double. This estimate was based on the one day sales reports that were compiled after the new Disturbed record hit stores on the 31st of August.

The band previously had released three albums and their last release took place in the year 2008's and went platinum. The album was called "Indestructible" and it reported first week sales 253,000 units, while 2005's "Ten Thousand Fists" went double platinum and sold 238,000 units in the first week of its release. 2002's platinum album "Believe" had the first week sales: 284,000 and had debuted on the number one position.

DISTURBED's 2000 debut, "The Sickness", has sold more than four million copies in the U.S. alone, as per Nielsen Sound Scan.

The album has two bonus tracks that are the live versions of "Down With The Sickness" and "Stricken". The album also contains expanded artwork, a "Decade Of Disturbed" documentary DVD and also nine "Disturbed Dissected" exclusive instrument video instructional. The album also has a double sided poster with guitar tabs.
