(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Bill and Giuliana Rancic are hastily preparing to welcome their new baby.

The married couple are expecting their first child via gestational surrogate to be born at the end of August.

The E! News presenter and her husband Bill are also currently in the process of opening a restaurant business together.

Bill is expecting the next eight weeks to be hectic with both familial and professional obligations.

"We opened RPM Italian at the beginning of this year and we're having a lot of fun and really enjoying it," Bill told Us Weekly magazine.

"So we decided we'd open another one called RPM Steak. It's going to be in Chicago as well. It'll be about two blocks from RPM Italian, and then we're eyeing Vegas for the next RPM!

"We're pretty psyched about it. We're just growing the family!"

Bill and Giuliana are worried they'll run out of time.

"We're kind of in rush mode!" Bill explained.

"The baby won't be born in L.A., he'll be born in Colorado. So we're going to go from Colorado to Chicago and then spend September and October in Chicago. And then we'll come back to the West Coast. I've got a tour bus taking us from Denver to Chicago." (C) Cover Media
