Brad Pitt's movie star income is "never enough" to solve all of the world's problems.
The actor spoke of his desire to help those less fortunate than him but explained even as a generous spender you have to know where to draw the line. Despite giving millions of dollars to charitable projects and foundations with his fiance Angelina Jolie, the Hollywood star said he will never earn enough to solve world poverty.
"Listen, it's never enough and it's a whole new set of problems, just with a different scale. I hit the Lottery so I think you need to pass that on," he was quoted as saying by British newspaper The Sun. "You can't get to every beggar on the street because you end up with nothing in your pocket."
Brad also revealed that he and Angelina are trying to teach their children that they don't have to spend a fortune on presents for one another.
They encourage their six kids that homemade gifts are more meaningful than shop-bought ones.
"We try to keep the money spend to a minimum and miss manipulative TV ads. The rule is everyone's got to make something," he said.
