The pop star and her parents are being sued by Britney's ex-manager for defamation and breach of contract.
Matriarch Lynne testified in court on Friday and was grilled by Sam's lawyer Joe Schleimer regarding claims made in a book that she published.
According to Radar Online, she stated in the tome that she suspected Sam of crushing narcotic prescription pills and feeding them to Britney.
Joe asked if Lynne ever went to the police with her concerns.
"I was so worried about Britney, I didn't know what to do when I found out Sam was crushing pills... I didn't call the authorities," she revealed on the stand.
Sam testified in court Wednesday that he was physically attacked by Britney's father Jamie.
In opening statements, Britney's family lawyer stated that Jamie never assaulted Sam.
Last week irate former employee claimed that his professional relationship with Britney and her family turned sour due to her abuse of Adderall.
Sam is seeking 15 per cent of Britney's estimated $800,000 earnings during the months he claims to have worked as her manager.
