(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Brooke Mueller's sobriety has once again been called into question.

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife was pictured over the weekend in a baggy shirt, sweatpants and high heeled shoes and looked dishevelled. Brooke was seen carrying what is alleged to be a makeshift crack pipe, TMZ are reporting.

The 33-year-old has primary custody of her and Charlie's two-year-old twin boys Bob and Max.

Brooke's recent bizarre behaviour has left those close to her worried as she has only recently finished another stint in rehab.

Last month she was photographed attempting to pawn jewellery in Los Angeles as well as being seen in a rough part of the city.

TMZ report the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services has not visited Charlie or Brooke for at least six months to check on the welfare of the little boys.
