Aditya Chopra, who is known for his reserved, shy nature is coming out of his comfort zone and is trying to speak about certain things he did in his life. As 'Befikre' was only made especially for Ranveer Singh. Adi now opens up about the lead actress Vaani Kapoor as Shyra.

Vaani is just one film old in Bollywood and YRF was not a new banner to her as she made her debut with the film produced under this banner. When Aditya thought about casting Vaani as Shyra everyone was surprised as they thought that Adi would choose some unknown face who would leave her mark on the audience. But he believed that Vaani has much more potential and she should be given a chance.

Speaking about Shyra he said that Shyra is a today's modern, confident, fearless girl who grabbed freedom with both her hands. She gets a lot of male attention and ends up jumping into every relationship thinking it is an adventure. And the result, Shyra has 42 boyfriends before Dharam and she is friends with ALL her boyfriends.

We must say while Aditya found his Shyra in Vaani, we found a new, fresh talent which was hidden like a treasure so far.
