(Cover) - EN Star Style - Cate Blanchett wore a hand selected Armani wardrobe in her film Hanna.

The stunning actress plays Marissa Wiegler in the thriller, which is about a 16-year-old girl, played by Saoirse Roman, who was raised by her father to be an assassin. Cate plays the ruthless intelligence agent who is on a mission to catch her.

The films costume designer Lucie Bates has revealed that director Joe Wright wanted Cate to look like the villain of the story. In order to convey her character with gusto, the actress was suited in sharp-tailored pieces to carefully illustrate her cut-throat persona.

Giorgio Armani suits and a green cashmere overcoat were specially selected for the actress in order to dramatically portray her character in the film.

Working with Cate Blanchett, on and off the screen, has always been a highlight for me, Armani said in a release. She embodies the perfect combination of consummate actor and world-class fashion icon.
